All paperwork & payments are super easy & straightforward. Great attitude and no BS.
Really why I'm writing this is because Bill shined bright & helped me out in a pinch!
I've had a small unit for few months & needed a car size unit to store a vehicle for a month, but was crunched on time to get it into the unit on a day off. I ended up only being able to get there way after hours -- and he let me come in after hours, no hassle no fuss! Paperwork all ready to go.
Would've been such a huge logistical pain otherwise, but he was super cool and it went off without a slip & was all smiles!
